PAYMENTS & INVOICES
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Website - We accept all major credit cards. When placing an order on our website and paying by credit card, you will be automatically sent a confirmation of purchase via email or text (whichever you chose at checkout). If you experience any issues whilst paying on our secure network, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us, and we will assist with next steps.
In the Botanic Studio - Onsite online bank transfer is the preferred option. Cash payment is also possible. No eftpos facilities sorry.
CAN I GET AN INVOICE?
Yes, please request an invoice if needed at the time of transaction, supplying full details and email address.

CLICK AND COLLECT / PICK UP
WHEN CAN I PICK UP FROM SNELLS BEACH?
Your order will be ready for pick up at most, two business days after the online purchase is confirmed. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection, including the address and instructions. Please check you junk box if using an email address. Please note, care tags will be taped to the growpots.
If you would like an earlier pick up, please contact Plant Love and we will do our best to have it available ASAP.
If you are unable to pick up 2-3 business days after purchase, please advise us.
HOW DO I PICK UP FROM SNELLS BEACH?
Once you have received notification that your order is ready for pick up, including the address, you can pick up at any time between 8:30am-8pm. Your purchase will be in the Pick Up Shed to the immediate right where the driveway widens (opposite the Plant Love Botanic Studio).
DO YOU HAVE OTHER PICK UP LOCATIONS?
It is possible to pick up orders from Mt Eden. Some stock such as pots and care items may be stocked there, but plants and other items would be available for collection the week following a Monday to Thursday purchase, as goods are transported there over the weekend. This service is limited to available accessories and plants up to 1m tall. Orders for Mt Eden pick up cannot currently be made online through the website however. Please direct message Plant Love to enquire and arrange.
There are also occasions where plants can be available for transport to and then pick up from Bethlehem Tauranga. This option will be advertised on IG and FB as available. Again, these purchases cannot be made online through the website. Please direct message Plant Love to enquire and arrange when available.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
DO YOU SHIP / POST?
Plants - Currently, Plant Love does not ship / post plants unless specifically advertised for a couple of rare exceptions.
Other items - Most non plant / not live items can be shipped upon arrangement, however these orders cannot be purchased through the website at present. Please message or email to enquire and arrange.
DO YOU DELIVER?
Plant Love can deliver locally if arranged in advance with fees agreed. Please direct message Plant Love to enquire.

OTHER
WILL MY PLANT LOOK THE SAME AS THAT PICTURED?
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY PLANT?
Due to our plants' fragile and varied form, Plant Love does not generally accept returns or exchanges on plants. We do our best to ensure only quality and healthy plants are sold. Please do make contact though if you feel there is a strong and valid issue within 72 hours of pick up. Please choose wisely when making a purchase and feel free to contact us to request more pictures or information if desired in advance.
CAN I VIEW BEFORE I BUY?
Yes, you can arrange to have a viewing of the studio to see current stock, play around with plant and pot options and get advice. Please direct message to arrange a time or pop along to an open time as advertised on social media. See also the 'Plant my Place' service information on the Consultations page.
CAN I BE PUT ON THE WAITLIST FOR WISHLIST PLANTS?
Yes, please direct message to be put on the waitlist for a desired plant. We do ask that you please notify Plant Love if you wish to be removed at any time.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE PLANT OR ITEM I PURCHASED IS UNAVAILABLE?
Plant Love is committed to only selling healthy plants and quality accessories, which makes it possible a stock error can occur on the website - for eg discovery of pests or item damaged. If unfortunately an item is unavailable or unsuitable but paid for in full, you will be notified and refunded ASAP or an alternative mutually agreed upon.
CAN I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD OR VOUCHER?
Gift Cards can be purchased through the website and are sent via email. They contain instructions on how to redeem them at checkout. Our Gift Cards have no additional processing fee.
For physical Gift Vouchers, please get in touch with Plant Love directly. The physical Gift Vouchers come in denominations of $30, $50 and $100.
Please note Gift Cards and Vouchers must be used in one transaction. No change will be offered.
